How can I pay for my child’s tuition fees?

All fees are payable in full for the term in advance. All seats are reserved only upon payment of fees. Handling fee to the full cost of one-month lessons will be charged for early termination or cancellation of the term. The subsequent month lessons will also be charged unless 72 hrs notice is given prior to any termination.
Online payment does not take into consideration discounts such as multi-term, multi-course and sibling discount – only early bird discount. So if you are eligible for the above discount(s), please visit your preferred Coaching Guru campus and/or contact your Principal to make payment.
What are your Terms of Payment in any state of Australia, New Zealand or Fiji?
- 1. Payment should be paid in full
- 2. Handling fee equivalent to the cost of 1 lesson (before discount), will be charged for the termination or cancellation of enrolment before the end of the course/program. The remainder of the refund will be calculated at the FULL cost of the course (before any discounts).
- 3. All seats are reserved only upon payment.
- 4. For the whole term or number of lessons remaining for the term. Late fee of $5 applied to subsequent weeks if not paid after week 1.
- 5. Changes in Schedule: The College reserves the right to cancel any course if there is insufficient demand or for other reasons.
- 6. Any notice to terminate or cancel a course/program must be advised 7 days prior to the scheduled class in which the student has enrolled.
- 7. Any amendment request to the class/course enrolled is subject to availability.
- 8. No refund or credit for absence(s) under any circumstances.
- 9. No refund or credit for multiple term enrolment(s).
- 10. No discounts apply for Private Coaching sessions.
- 11. All seats are reserved only upon full payment.
- 12. Classes are subject to availability.
- 14. These enrolment Terms & Conditions apply to any future courses in which the named student is enrolled.
