- 1. Refund is available for early termination/withdrawal only if notified in advance by submitting a “Request for Refund” Form in advance i.e., 1 week for Term program and 1 day for Holiday Program, respectively.
- 2. Administrative fee equivalent to the cost of 1 lesson will be charged for all refund (Term Program or Holiday Program)
- 3. Refund will be made by cheque only, that can be collected 5 business days after refund approved
- 4. Refund request is not available from Week 9 for Term program or Day 4 for Holiday Program
- 5. No refund for absence.(Catch up classes will be provided & will be provided with two options which will be the sole responsibility of the parents to avail & no more options will be provided.)
- 6. No refund for multi-term payment.
Important:
All enrolments with 10% discount or higher will no longer be eligible for other discount except siblings discount.
